Po kilkudniowym pobycie, w grupie 6 osobowej mogę powiedzieć, że jest to świetne miejsce do spędzenia czasu w Barcelonie. Lokalizacja jest świetna, blisko plaży, do centrum można spokojnie dojść na piechotę. Przy okazji jest bardzo spokojnie, a w okolicy jest wszystko co trzeba, sklepy, kawiarnie, restauracje. Sam obiekt jest świetny, nasz apartament był bardzo przestronny, czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba do życia, dwie osobne sypialnie, dwie łazienki. Obsługa była rewelacyjna, zarówno przed, jak i w trakcie pobytu. POLECAM !!!

Nous avons bénéficié d'un appartement au dernier étage avec une vue formidables sur Barcelone et même sur la mer. L'agencement de l'appartement était parfait et le lit très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un quartier très agréable avec beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants très sympas. Un poin fort, de nombreux bus devant la résidence pour aller dans tout Barcelone. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lugaris Apartments in Barcelona for a week, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process at their office was seamless, setting a positive tone for my stay.

The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. I appreciated the thoughtful details that facilitated a quiet and comfortable stay.

One of the standout features was the cleaning service; they offered to change my bathroom towels upon request, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the luggage storage option was incredibly convenient, allowing me to explore the city without worrying about my bags when I arrived early and on my departure day.

Overall, my experience at Lugaris Apartments was fantastic, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Barcelona!

Adorable apartment in second floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and huge terrace.
Close to the beach and in lovable street filled with all kinds of shops and restaurants.
Pro tip, if you aren't dumbass like me, you'll follow the Google map trace to your apartment you got trough WhatsApp right at check in, and you can just follow your phone without getting lost.

I had a perfect experience with Lugaris. My apartment was upgraded to a brand new apt. The apt was very clean and well equipped. There are many restaurants and a supermarket right at the doorstep. It is also very accessible via bus and metro to the city. I had such a memorable experience and I highly recommend my friends and relatives to stay here if they come to Barcelona.

This place was great! Very close to everything we needed. Loved that there is an elevator, a full kitchen and washer/dryer! Bed was comfortable and I loved sitting on the balcony. Office staff was very responsive and polite. Budget some extra time for check in, because the office gets busy, there's paperwork to sign, AND your building might be a block away. Check out was super fast though. We just dropped off the keys and that was it!

Nous étions à Barcelone pour une occasion spéciale : l'anniversaire de ma femme. Nous connaissons déjà Barcelone lors d'un précédent voyage et je voulais un grand espace proche du centre, pour éviter la foule de touristes et avoir accès à la plage. De plus, nous avons voyagé en février, qui est le mois le plus froid de Barcelone. Après une recherche approfondie, j'ai choisi Lugaris Beach (appartement professionnel avec vue sur la mer) qui me paraissait parfait pour ce que je souhaitais. En fait, c'est bien plus que ce à quoi je m'attendais : un emplacement parfait (Poblenou est un endroit génial, très pratique avec de nombreux bons restaurants et magasins locaux, à 10 minutes en vélo d'El Born), un appartement magnifique (parfait pour trois personnes avec vue sur la mer) et, très important, un excellent service (tout arrangé par WhatsApp en 5 minutes, une décoration spéciale d'anniversaire dans l'appartement et un service efficace). Si vous avez quelque chose à célébrer à Barcelone, n'hésitez pas. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !!!!

Great value for money! Spotlessly clean, soft bed linen and towels, comfortable bed, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We had a premium-type apartment on the 4th floor. The 55m² space was very efficiently divided and provided enough comfort for our family of three. Check-in takes place in a different building. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it!

This was a great find and a place to stay. Beautiful spacious clean modern looking room with kitchen and a place to eat and rest. We got an ocean view which was super nice. It's located close to the board walk. It was easy to check in, but you can save time by doing it in advance. Overall we are happy with Lugaris apartments.

Great experience, really nice building and the people at the reception desk were always friendly and helpful.The apartment itself had amazing views, we were able to see Sagrada Familia from some of our windows and the sea from the others. The apartment had everything we needed, from lotions and soaps in the bathrooms to a fully equipped kitchen.Great experience, we’re definitely coming back in the summer!

The reception staff were very responsive during our trip and resolved any queries we had straight away. The idea of having a direct WhatsApp to reception was excellent. We were able to arrange for a high chair and plug for the bath without any fuss. An engineer was also quick to arrive when we accidentally locked the safe.

The flat was good quality with all appliances working well. The fold out sofa bed was also surprisingly comfortable.

Los apartamentos son preciosos, muy bien equipados y super limpios. Es una pena que en algunos las mamparas de las duchas no sean hermèticas y que por eso se salga el agua. Lugaris was an amazing host for our 10 day trip. The apartment was roomy, clean, and had great natural lighting and a view of the park by the beach. The mattresses on the bed were amazing (I have rarely slept so well on a mattress not my own). Lots of closet space, utensils, plates, pots, Nespresso, electric kettle etc provided. We found great local places to eat and grocery stores nearby on Rambla del Poblenou and Bilbao. While it was a walk to the metro, we enjoyed getting out and exploring the city from L4 line and didn't mind the few blocks walk in a nice clean part of the city. Very responsive and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are look for some comfy living space for a longer stay in the city.

We loved our stay at Lugar!s! The location was perfect. It was lovely being able to walk to the beach and a playground each day. The neighborhood had lots of wonderful restaurants and wasn’t as jam packed with tourists as other places in the city. We can’t recommend this place to other families enough!

Was a great experience, stayed for a week and no problem. They were very communicative and friendly and helpful. Esperienza molto positiva!Abbiamo preso appartamento nella zona del El Poblenou che conoscevamo gia, molto bella e’ consigliata.Personale molto cortese, comunicazione ottima, appartamenti puliti, a un minuto dal mare.Tutto consigliato!Da rivedere forse qualche piccolo optional aggiuntivo…ma solo in ottica di miglioramento ulteriore. Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per un soggiorno lungo e perché avevamo bisogno di comodità come cucina e lavatrice. La zona non è centrale ma ci siamo sentiti a casa. Quartiere nuovo, vicino al mare.Ci sono tutti i servizi e ristoranti per stare bene. Il mare a due passi e tanto verde ci ha permesso di far star bene anche nostra figlia di 3 anni per giocare in tranquillità. Penso che se dovessimo tornare a Barcellona non esiteremmo a scegliere di nuovo Lugaris.

We rented a nice, clean and bright apartment in a residential area in Barcelona. Lugaris workers were very friendly and explained all the aspects about the apartment. Supermarket and tapasbars are nearby. It was a great option for our family of three people. I guess during summer this apartment is perfect because beach is very close and you can seat at the balcony.

Overall, a very good experience—would definitely come back, especially since the kids love the proximity to the beach! The flat is basic, with simple modern furniture, but bright and airy with superb kitchen utensils - much better than expected for the price we paid.

We were in Barcelona for a special occasion : the birthday of my wife. We know already Barcelona from previous trip and I wanted a large space close to the center, to avoid the big tourists crowd and to have access to the beach. On top of it, we travelled in February which is the coldest month in Barcelona. After an in depth research of place, I chose Lugaris Beach (business sea view appartment) that looked perfect for what I wanted. In fact, it is much more than what I expected : perfect location (Poblenou is a great place, very convenient with a lot of great restaurant and local shops, 10 min by bikes to El born ), amazing appartment (perfect for three persons with a sea view) and, very important, an excellent service (everything arranged by what'sapp in 5 minutes, a special birthday decoration in the appartment and efficient servicing). If you have anything to celebrate in Barcelona, do not hesitate. We'll come back for sure !!!!

Absolutely loved our stay in Lugaris Beach Barcelona! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and local shops. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Juan and the team were super friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication a breeze. They were very helpful and provided beach chairs, towels and a parasol we could use throughout our stay.Waking up and being able to stroll along the beach every morning was a dream. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
